Dornan are currently recruiting for an Electrical Genereal Operative to work on exciting Project in Dublin.
Dornan are a leading Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation contractor with projects in Ireland, Europe and the UK. Dornan are involved in projects across many sectors such as Pharmaceutical, Power, Waste to Energy, Commercial, Data Centre and Petrochemical.

Overview of knowledge required:
- Detailed knowledge of the Electrical General Operative role
- Commercial understanding
- Health, Safety and Environmental systems
- Knowledge of the teams strengths and weaknesses
Roles and responsibilities:
- Assisting electrical Trades
- Ensure adequate materials are available
- Uncrating and weathering equipment
- Fabrication of uni-strut trays
- Install of cable trays and baskets
- Ensure work area is clean and tidy at all times
- Moving finished assets to storage
- To load and unload deliveries
- All other reasonable tasks assigned to you from time to time from your manager
Behaviours & Attitudes Required:
- Ability to priorities workload
- Acceptance of responsibility and accountability
Qualifications:
- Full B driving licence.
- Experience in as an Electrical General Operative.
