Dornan are currently recruiting for a Lead Instrumentation Technician to work on a extension to a Bio-pharmaceutical plant in Dublin.

Roles and responsibilities:
- Responsible for setup and calibration of various instrumentation, such as, Pressure Instrumentation, Level Instrumentation, Temperature & Humidity Instrumentation and Flow & Analytical instrumentation.
- Full Loop calibration from field to DCS
- Hot and cold Loop Checking
- Demonstrate a good understanding of system E&I components and boundaries.
- Fault finding, diagnostics and commissioning skills
- Ability to plan and implement test and calibration activities in line with the project schedule.
- Producing and compilation of full TOP’s for handover on a system by system basis.
- Manage and control test equipment.
- Liaise with the project QA/QC and wider testing and commissioning team.
Qualifications Required:
- Fully qualified instrumentation technician (E&I Trade or Instrumentation Trade)
Experience Required:
- 5+ years in a Lead role
- Experience in industrial and pharmaceutical is desirable
- Pharmaceutical GMP Environment understanding
- Health, Safety and Environmental systems
