Dornan are currently recruiting for a Logistics Coordination Lead - Electrical biased  to work on site on a large datacentre site in North Netherlands.

Dornan are a leading Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation contractor with projects in Ireland, Mainland Europe, the Nordics and the UK. Dornan are involved in projects across many sectors such as Pharmaceutical, Data Centre, Healthcare, Education, Commercial, and Power Generation.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Liaising and assisting the logistics manager to coordinate the logistics operations on site.
  • Deputising for the logistics manager during periods of rotation.
  • Supervising and coordinating logistics labor on site to include but not limited to; maintaining roadways & walkways, coordination with all trade partners, lifting operations as required, Cleaning activities and traffic marshalling activities.
  • Managing Dornan plant and assets onsite.
  • Maintaining provisions of materials and consumables for site use.
  • Attendance to DABS and Coordination meetings representing Dornan.
  • Ensuring safe & correct handling of all materials.
  • Managing deliveries, coordination of deliveries via the online system.
  • Managing lifting, coordination of lifting via the online system.
  • Markup of DWGs each week to highlight safety systems, access/egress and evolution of site.

Experience Required:

  • 3+ years experience in a similar role.
  • Experience receiving goods and documentation.
  • Experience within Electrical terminology is essential.
  • Excellent IT skills and communication skills.
