Dornan are currently recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to work as part of a busy team based in our Head Office in Little Island.

Dornan are a leading Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation contractor with projects in the UK, Ireland and Europe. Dornan are involved in projects across many sectors such as Pharmaceutical, Data Centre, Healthcare, Education, Commercial, and Power Generation.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Support the Talent Acquisition team in recruiting staff for various positions throughout the company
  • Sourcing potential employees via social media, in-house database, and external agencies, creating a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Screening applicant’s CVs and conduct telephone screening to assess applicants’ suitability for roles
  • Arranging interviews with potential candidates
  • Ensure all applicants in the Dornan recruitment process have an excellent candidate experience, ensuring timely feedback is delivered throughout the process
  • Collation of data and maintaining internal trackers in order to furnish reports to management, TA and HR as required
  • Creating job specifications and advertising vacancies on various job boards, in line with the Dornan brand
  • Assisting with Early Talent Recruitment, attending careers fairs and assisting with coordinating graduate events
  • Ensuring compliance at all times with the Dornan recruitment and HR processes
  • Travel to project and office sites as required

Experience & Skills Required:

  • Experience in a recruitment role would be beneficial
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships at all levels of the organisation
  • Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise workload
  • Proficient in MS Office suite
